Hello, I'm Tony Payne, as a self-employed trainer I ensure that the training I deliver is always of the highest standard and meets the requirements of my customers.

As well as being well qualified I am also able to effectively use my work life experiences to inspire confidence and gain the trust of the delegates in a positive and energetic manner.

I am very well qualified, I have Certificates in Education, Supervisory Management Skills and Basic Counselling. I have NVQ's in Learning and Development and Customer Care. I am qualified by the Home Office to deliver Police National Computer (PNC) training, Police PDR Training. I am also qualified to deliver 101 training.

My experience of working within the Police Service spans 23 years and includes 6 years as a Police Constable, 11 years as a communications operator, 4 years as a Communications and ICT Trainer before being seconded to deliver National PDR training. My final role within the service before becoming self employed was that of Training Manager for 101 training.

I am able to confidently deliver a variety of computer systems, customer care, call centre as well as specialist Police training such as PNC.
